Upon completion of your thorough medical history assessment and personal exam and consultation with Dr. Pollard, we will schedule you for a return visit at which time you will undergo a series of age-specific/gender-specific diagnostic tests that are critical in development of your personalized wellness program. The results of these diagnostic tests will enable Dr. Pollard to establish a concrete baseline to measure against as we pursue a healthier and more reinvigorated you. Listed below are the individual tests that may be be included in the Health Diagnostic.
